samsung warranty and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Will never buy another Samsung product ever, thankfully there are other choices, apple here we come, had a Samsung tablet for less than 6 months before it stopped charging, they sent it back, it worked for less than a month then the charger began to smoke when plugged into the unit, pulled it out and sent it back, they said it wasn't under the warranty ?????? NEVER buying another Samsung product, don't care what it is, wouldn't buy paperclips from them.

Samsung LCD TV

I brought a Samsung tv 4 years ago, by the 2nd year the tv would not turn on. I had to pay someone to fix it, it cost me around $400 because I they said my warranty expired. Now 4 years later the same thing is happening. I called Samsung customer service and they said I have to pay out of pocket to service it again. This is the worst company do not buy any tvs from them.

Disaster

I agree with other reviewers. Samsung must have the worst service in the world. I have a 4 month old refrigerator that keeps shutting off. I have a worthless warranty since I can't get any meaningful response from Samsung about the problem. No more of their products for me.

Epic Fail - Samsung Customer Service

This has got to be the worst outfit for customer service I have ever experienced. They did a bait and switch on a monitor repair. I was on a chat and the rep told me my monitor was covered under warranty and send it to to the New Jersey center for repair. I did it cost 20.00 to send and got an email back stating the warranty expired and asked I pay 150.00 to get it fixed. I tried to call customer service but they would not do anything. Every website I have seen talks about how poorly they rate the service. I wish I knew before. It will make me think twice next time I make a purchase for sure. I have been a faithful customer of theirs for years!

Samsug has the worst ever customer service,phone line. someone please report this to the govt for consumers like us, you cannot get to speak to anyone..rude service from Phillipines for us customers..and they cannot answer your questions or give their id number - there is no customer service

Samsung direct purchases

I received on 2 purchases the opened box items. Samsung ships only open boxes per customer service. You are responsible to pay shppining charges to return. Customer Service dept is rude and there are no managers or supervisors on duty. Very frustrating and i would never and ever buy directly from Samsung.

IM APPALLED

The absolute worst company Ive ever dealt with when taking responsibility for there product. Bought a new LCD TV less than 2 years ago it just turns itself off and wont come back on. Samsung tells me to eat it and refers me to some mom and pop store to get it fixed. I was actually told by the representative, "Maybe you shouldn't watch the TV so much". Who is he...and I barely used it as it was. But when I pay or a thousand dollars for something I want to use it.... The absolute worst company....however I am glad this happened now...because I just bought a laptop, and blue ray surround sound, that are still returnable.

Worse after service in the world

Samsung might have courier service what others moght not provide but the coordination between the service centre and the dispatcher is so poor I'd rather I go collect the item personally because I'm at the mercy of the dispatcher to deliver my item. I receive my serviced phone 1 day after knowing they have done servicing. Only when the problem persisted that's where I discover Samsung has the worse after service care in the world. No one in the service centre dares to make a decision and worse no one bothers about you at all. Mangers in the 3 service centre namely Jenny, Winnie and Mark apparently are on leave all at the same time I was told by 1800 staff. Samsung should be ashame of themselves, they are arrogant and despicable. Shame shame shame on you.

Customer service means S E R V I C E

Worst service reps I have ever had to deal with. If there was a negative category they would get a F- for their inability to provide a resolution to the service complaints of the customer. Their job is to fix customer problems...instead their objective is to frustrate customers to the point they seek service elsewhere. The attitude that prevails... "not my problem - too bad for you." It's unbelievable that they are paid to be mindless script readers! Why have a customer service department if you do not intend to address customer service issues? Glad I found out before I invested any more money in these inferior quality products. Here's the solution DON'T BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS! Facebook is a great way to alert other unsuspecting friends and family about this unethical and unscrupulous company...spread the word!!!
