Page Plus Customer Service

After two weeks trying to get the phone connected it worked for three weeks I have now been back on the chat line and customer service several times and I still have NO service. I have turned off/on the phone removed/replaced the SIM card etc. numerous times. Eventually passé along until I was cut off. All I want is a working phone and I can't seem to get it

Always stay on hold for a minimum of 40mins. This time I placed on hold for 30min to get a message saying their closed now. WTF
