DirecTV Customer Service

once again my service is out & I cannot reach anyone..my email service is not set..so sick of this..I am gonna pay my 32.00 bal. and switch back to cable again..just had back surgery

The channels are very clear and they have a lot of good stuff on.

I have it and it works well.

I moved from N.Y. to N.C. four yrs. ago. I always got satisfactory service from direct TV while I had it in N.Y.Since living here in N.C. I have seen first hand disgusting customer service to my daughter . Its a disgrace to your company the way they are treating her and for that reason I would never use your company again. I do not understand how they get away with it ? Please stop sending me invites to join you again.! Greenville, N.C. is pathetic.Thank you for your time .

Channels are all mix up. Hard to find what you looking for. Everything is in the higher channels.

Directv installed numerous dishes on my property without my written permission. One dish came loose and damaged the roof.

You aleady have on internet telling people to update and get 5;00 off a month' so why can't we get this? look up our acccount.
