Language

I called customer service and got someone in a country where the first language is NOT English. I don't speak Indian, Pakistani or any other language. If Dell wants to keep me as a customer , they need to get the Support back in the USA

Customer Service

This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They do not answer the phone..I have left multiple messages with no reply along with emails and regular mail...to no avail. Dell should go out of business or at least fire their entire employee base and start over.

HORRIBLE

We bought a computer from best buy through dell and it broke withing the first week of having it. Best buy had our computer for well over a month while we were paying for something we didn't have, however dell claimed to not have the parts to fix the issue because they didn't make them anymore. Even the best buy guy was shaking his head at the inexperienced ignorance of a man on the other side of the phone. It was a brand new computer. BRAND NEW. anyways, Dell sucked.

Watch if people try to make you pay more for your parts. People really like Dell and like to make your parts their new computer instead of buying your actual computer because your name is short.

I have been trying for days to resolve a simple issue. The concave track point on my keyboard fell off and I have been trying to get a replacement for it. Numerous emails, an online chat and a few phone calls has convinced me that no one knows what they are doing. The advice differs. The only thing that is the same is that the item is not available, I send feedback and an email tells me where to go for help. I was told I could buy a keyboard for $90 then told none are available. I am so disappointed with Dell's Customer Service.
