Rediculous, if you don't have a computer or a printer you are screwed . Here in Kalispell MT I can not find tax forms anywhere .Libraries , post offices . You must have an appointment to talk to the local office at all .What are you supposed to do without forms ? To print all the forms and instructions would be endless
