I held the phone yesterday for 1.5 hours after a promised delay of a few minutes. He went away and never came back. I called again this morning. After about 10 minutes, I received a message that my call was cancelled. I will not go into all the other attempts I have made to get an answer to a tax question but do include a wait in line at the Social Security office.
