Shirt shrinkage

I was given a shirt as a present, bought in Yonkers USA.Code no. appears to be 3370010 4895. I followed the washing instructions, but did not tumble dry. The sleeves have shrunk probably 5cms. and the waist by a similar amount. Rather than being a comfortable loose fit it is now very tight and can only be worn under a sweater. I´m very unhappy. I live in Spain

Bad quality bag and bad costumer service!!!!

I bought two leather bags from DKNY, but just after few months using the leather broken. So I called the costumer service to fix, change or refund my money back, but they never pick up the phone, and it goes to the voice mail said they will call back in 24 hours but they never did!!!! I feel like DKNY sell their stuff that is it, they won`t take any responsibility if there is any problem with their products!!!!!

Returned Merchandise

I returned a suit that I had bought, in the concord mills dkny company store, using my debit card over 24 hours ago. The money has not shown in my banking account. I contacted the store only to be told that because i used my debit card it takes longer for it to be reflected in my account. I'm frustrated because i don't understand why i have to wait on my money. i use my debit card constantly for purchases and returns never ever have i had this issue. I think that you should be told that if you make a purchase using a debit card, that this may happen. also, i can't afford it. as much as i love purchasing dkny products, this has changed my outlook on the company itself.

Customer service is terrible!!!

I sent my brand new handbag that I recieved from my brother as a gift to be repaired and did not get it back. Aug.2012, I spoke with a customer relations manager, gave her specific detailed instructions information to contact me when the hand bag will be returned. Nevrr got a phone call, email nothing. Well, The handbag was mailed to a totally to a different address. As of today, I still have No handbag and the problem is still not resolved. The customer relations manager did make me an offer, but I am not happy with it. I have since left numerous messages, emails and still no help. I am not happy!

Customer service is terrible!!!

My complaint is not getting resolved. I do not know what to do anymore. All I want to do is Get this over with. Now, I am not only out of a purse, its my time.
