Service
Your restaurant at Long Beach Marina is a sub operation. The waiters/waitress got all involved in small talk and are slow to provide essential services. I have walked out of this restaurant three times in the past two weeks because the service stinks. This restaurant used to have good and focused servers, but not any more.
Ugh!
Why does Mimis make you wait 15+ minutes to be seated when they have a restaurant full of empty tables??? Just seat us! And leave the menu ALONE. You used to have a great menu, less than impressed with the new(er) ones. If you need to make changes, improve your customer service! You will keep your customers and they will b loyal.
