I just shopped at the food lion on Main Street in Elgin sc and could not get over how slack they are. I bought $170.00 worth of groceries and at the checkout I was so busy unloading my cart that I didn't notice at first how my groceries were getting crunched at the other end. I hurried to the other end to start loading my groceries into bags while noticing the young female manager standing behind the customer service desk just watching. She was not doing anything but she just stood there. The cashier was very friendly though. I should have shopped at IGA where I usually go!
