Horrible Customer Service
I order clothes from this company for several months and was always happy with what I received. The last time I ordered my package was either not delivered or was missing. The customer service department refused to help me. They stalled for weeks while they told me they would follow up with UPS. They never resolved the issue and are now not taking responsibility for the order. They have kept almost $400.00 of my money, and I have no merchandes. and tell me the matter is "resolved" and refuse to do anything to help me.
