Missing food from purchase. Manager said I would receive gift certificate because of their mistake. Never received a gift certificate, and the worst part was getting the run around about it, after numerous phone calls. The customer service number is a joke, I never got to talk to anyone and nobody ever called me back.
The food is deicious (except the ribs;they were tough), but they are extremely over-priced and the portions are too small compared to the price they charge. Employees were friendly and accomodating, but b/c of the price I won't be back.
Me and my wife ordered the salmon very disappointed small portions. Will never go there again.and we're not big people my wife 105 pounds myself 175. Don't waste your money.
Famous daves was the worst experience i ever had. me and my family sat down waited 45 minutes to get drinks. we had to talk to one of the waitresses about it. then we finally gfubot to order food. it got to our table abother 30 minutes. One simple order shouldnt take that long.
Best food ever. The sweet corn bread just makes your mouth water. Great taste. Customer service is on point as well. All smiles
