I received a beautiful pandora bracelet - triple leather in grey - but I wanted black. The store it was bought from has the bracelet on back order, but informed me that I could exchange my bracelet anywhere Pandora was stationed. Not so. The Pandora had the bracelet (3 in fact) but coldly told me that I had to go to an actual Pandora store for the exchange. Not pleased. It hasn't even been a month since my last purchase at this particular store, and because of the attitude and lack of service, I will never go there again. I will just wait for the order to come on from where it was bought.
