CUSTOMER SERVICE - UPGRADES

Love your products, coffee just about every morning. But the "Customer Service" is awful - long waiting in drive thru's; even when there's no one but you. Something is either wrong with order or missing condiments even after requesting them. Associates look at you like "YOU'RE" the dumb one for asking for omitted items. They could at least wait to roll their eyes after you have left. Store #111

quit bickering.

Maybe you guys have to sit in line do long because the people untying I'd you take their happy tone getting their money together, or changing their entire order, so why don't you put some thought into why your experience was the easy it was, its not always Bojangles fault, also i've never worked done where that customers treated us like trash, and left the table so disgusting this is fast food, you don't have a waitress to cone pick up your disgusting mess. Bojangles is the most carrying place for customers and employees that I have EVER worked for. Also, a combo comes with what ever main item you're getting, a side and a drink and yess it is chapter in the combo..... Common sense people.

horrible

I went to Bojangles on Friday night 09/13/13 with my daughter and 3 granddaughters, i ordered the chicken fingers and my side was cole slaw, i dipped my chicken into honey mustard sauce and took a bite, i instantly knew something was wrong i looked down at my chicken and it was raw like pink raw, needless to say i took the bite back out of my mouth i took my plate up to the counter and ask for a manager, the manager was a heavy set guy, i showed him the chicken and he said oh i will get you more, i said i dont want anymore chicken he said what would you like i said just some bo rounds and a biscuit, he stated that he would bring them out to me, when he brought them out my party was finished eating especially after seeing the raw chicken he brought these to the table and i said if i can get a to go box i will take them with me, he stated that he would bring me a box well after a little while he still had not brought me a box i started to go up and get one myself and he saw me and said oh sorry i got side tracked. I didnt feel good the next day but never got sick.I was at the Cox Creek location in Florence Al. Very bad experience.

Breakfast

Ordered this morning at store #853 (drive thru) and ask for egg and cheese with hashbrowns and got a cold egg, bacon, cheese, and hash browns. First time I ever got bad food, and food I did not order. I will go back I like the food and consider this a mistake, it happens.

Coffee

Jan 8th My wife and I went to Bojangles in Morristown TN. (new store) about 9:00 in the morning, and the coffee pot was almost empty, it only gave me half a cup and I told the girl and she brought some more to me and it was barley warm, I like coffee hot, and we got gravy & biscuits and there was too much salt in either the gravy or the biscuits, I couldn't tell which one it was, we were very unhappy. We have ate at Bojangles in other places and the food was good.

change in coffee

I and many of my friends have been customers of Bojangles for years without a lot of complaints. The week that you changed the coffee to BoJo, I heard more complaints than I have ever heard about Bojangles. The coffee is terrible and we are looking for a new place to gather on Sunday nights. I have not heard the first person say that the coffee was good. It is not only costing you customers, but also has probably increased your cost in coffee creamer. I heard one customer ask for coffee creamer and the person gave them two creamers. Her reply was: You may as well give me a hand full of those, I cannot drink this strong stuff.

Drive Through

On Sunday 9/16/12 at 12:35 PM we were at Bojangles on South Main St. in Graham NC. 4 cars were ahead of us. It took 20 minutes to get our order. We observed cars behind us pulling out of line and crossing the street to Burger King, getting their order and leaving while we never moved. This is not the first time we've had drive through problems. We like the food but this store has a problem with drive through service. Needs company attention!!
