I bought an IPhone at Bell on Innes May 13th 2014 and purchased the accessories package. I received 2 car charges and a case. One car charger stopped working LESS than 2 months later. I brought it back and was told there is no warranty for it that if I had bought the extra phone warranty it would include it. The clerk was rude and arrogant. We had to insist on him giving us the manager's name. BTW, this is the second time the same clerk has been rude and arrogant and not helpful. Never ever will we ever buy anything there again. Even Future Shop has better customer service.
