On April 15 i had gone for my lunch to el pollo loco restaurant. Its located on South Gate,CA. I go to the resturant atleast once a week i always get a great service by a cashier with a nice smile and great performance. On this day the manager attended me i asked where was the cashier she always makes me feel welcomed with a smile and i didnt mean it in disrespect but i told him he should smile more often and i found his response disrespecting he answered im not here to smile im just here to take your order and give you your order. I wanted to ask for my money back but he just seemed to look upset.
I had lunch today at the pollo Loco on Santa Monica Blvd. just east of Bundy Drive. It was right around noon the chicken was dry and tasted like it'd been cooked today before the entire experience was terrible. The entire meal was not edible I didn't complain to anyone in the store because I have trouble communicating my order.
