We drink 6 pounds of DD coffee every month.... Until now. After going to our DD 5 times and they have no coffee to sell were done. I was told the manager doesn't want to sell coffee. Maybe the manager should manage a pizza shop then. Way to keep an eye on your franchise stores. You've just lost a great customer. I've been drinking your coffee for 32 years, since I was store manager at one of your stores in NY. I am just thoroughly annoyed.
