When I visited the Dunkin donuts on main st in Stoneham, I had an altercation with a man that was threatening me and threw a ice ball at my car. When I entered the store I asked the manager to call the police, she said" I have a cell phone and to call them myself"this manager (IDA) was not doing her job ! When I was scared and upset, she did NOTHING !! I will never go back to this place again. This manager SHOULD be talked to, and dealt with on personal safety of a patron.
