on Nov 12, 2013 at 7:05am my and I went through the drive-through at the Ithaca Elmira Rd store. We go there a lot, so I was very surprised at the services that morning. It took near 20 minutes to get our order witch was only 1 doughnut and a sparkler drink. There were only 2 cars ahead of us. the nice lady at the window said that staff were a NO Show and apologized, but I was late for work that AM myself due to the long wait. Only 2 staff were on that morning.
