Had an episode of shortness of breath this a.m. while at the checkout... the clerk immediately got me a chair, while they processed my order...had to go to the pharmaccy when finished there and she escorted me.. the pharmacy staff was more than concerned... the clerk, who I'm ashamed to say did not get her name, got me to my car and put the groceries in... I wanted to write this to let you know the staff is very caring and courteous... and when you ask where a product is, they escort you... I can't say enough about the Big Y.. wouldn't shop anywhere else... thank you.. a happy consumer...
