I went to Cheddars approximately 1100 on 18 December 2012. I informed the employee at the door I will sit in the bar area. She failed to inform me they had no server for that area at the time. I sat down and waited approximately 10-15 minutes prior to the bartender informing another employee to ask who was serving my table. Another 10 minutes expired and the server finally took my order. I only ordered grilled fish tacoes with red beans and rice. At 1140 I still had no food.
-Manager was not aware of the lack of employees to take care of customers.
