We are a 15 year customer !!! While being grossed month after month, the latest trouble is that I was actually told by collections , that any agreement I made with customer service "has no weight" with collections? So why did I even call and make arrangement? Time Warner empower your customer service department ! Or I hope you have no customers to service. What a shame $200.00 + per month to get this treatment , shame on me
