Conn's Customer Service

Am on second refridgerator, Samsung, that the ice machine does not work properly. 15 months without being fixed and many phone calls saying they are coming, oops, sorry, no parts. Worst experience I have had in last 70 years, never again with Conn's. Worst service in the whole wide world, price might be right but nothing else is!!!!

So it's been about ten months that I've been waiting for a call back from conns only for me to have to call them back and see what's going on for the no good piece of furniture they delivers to my home only for the guy from conns to tell me he's never seen or knows how a recliner works...never again

I send a tablet to be fix since january and hadn't had a response from them.... I just had 2 weeks w d tablet and didnt work....

i just want to get them paid off cuz i will never buy anything from them again

I had sent my computer in for service, paid for shipping, I was told they would return my computer after it was serviced. However, now they tell me I have to pay for return shipping, I have been trying to get it picked up by ups, and I have no information to give them, due to I am always told they would have someone call me back... yea right still no call back..

The worst thing I have ever done was buy from conns. New sony laptop lasted two weeks it has now been in service for 36 days and counting.Conned at conns

I bought 7,000$ dollars from yall paid 2 months .wound up paying the full amount off.i have proff from my bank .yall said the issue was closed.according from yall I still owed 2500$ well conns turned me in after clearing me of there mistake to a collection agency messing my credit up.very unperfessional .iam going to go further than this .iam seeking a lawyer . not to mention ian going to the media

Why did you erase my bad teview of how bad you treat your good customers? Like how you screwed up my credit report because I made extension arrangements that I paid for and you said I was caught up, but still put it as late payments on my credit report! Don't you want people to know how you will screw them if they have problems? Conns is a joke!!!

i just recently baught what was supposed to be a stainless refridgerator & dishwasher. when it was to my suprise when i put a torpedo level up to it to level it the magnet stuck now these items are sold as stainless and is alott higher price than a regular item. Now with that being said why is a magnett sticking to my stainless refridgerator & dishwasher ?

I am pleased with the customer service but not the product! I have not ever had so much trouble with an appliance.
