Marble Slab Customer Service

I pre order a cake for my son's birthday, and well i went to pick up and well i got very disappointing news, the so call manager came up to me to informed me that he miss read the order form and thought it was for the following week and pretty much informed me that their was nothing he could do . He didn't offer me any other cake , and he said all he could do was say "sorry" .. I came home cake less to my son who was waiting on his birthday cake anxiously.

Stood in line for 20 minutes with 3 people in front of me before I finally gave up and left! There were two people working but only one scooping ice cream. The other one was standing off to the side squeezing out icing and never even thought about helping him out! The man in front of me left too. Definitely wont return anytime soon!
