No Answer

Tried for days to get someone on the phone. Dialed repeatedly for hours on end trying to find a location that I can ge to without taking time off from work. Busy from open to close and then rings off the hook. Awful experience

Horrible service. Ask for credit card for $100 dollar voucher for just $1.95. If declined you are disconnected.

great help from Angela in delaware office

Angela went out of her way to help and did resolve the issue i have been struggling with today (get results from lab) However, reaching her was a major ordeal. The lab office (324 14th st NY 10014) never picked up the call. i tried 3 times. the when calling customer services i was passed around with no resolution and finally to Angela who listened and did all was necessary to help.

No Problems

I recently had lab work done at Labcorp's Mount Laurel, NJ location and I have to say my experience was very positive. I had made an appointment and was actually taken early (even though) there were others there who did not have appointments. After the fact, I called to request a copy of the results: had no problems getting to a customer service rep who took care of my request in a matter of minutes. I will definitely go back there any time I need lab work done.

It is sad that all numbers you call for information on certain test cannot reach a customer service. I spent half a day and was not every able to speak for anyone, therefore I decided to go to Quest that have live people to talk to you and answer any question.

scared to go

I have to go to labcorp because of my insurance. After reading the reviews I am scared to. First strike I found a location but it doesn't say the hours. This is in DC so lord knows they will be late. The thing with not wearing gloves...anyone that approaches me without gloves will be told to put them on. That is a basic. Aren't these places reviewed for accreditation by someone??

Not a happy customer

Made an appt. for a fasting lab on a Sat. At 1000. Arrived on time but was not called for another 25 min. only to be told that they close at 12 noon and will not be able to perform the 3 hr GTT. But I ' m welcome to come back during a weekday. Making an appt. don't mean anything bec. apparently, no one looks at it anyway. I suggest that the company post their hrs. of operation on the website and inform customers if they are not able to do a test due to time constraints. It was a waste of a perfectly nice morning. Grrrrrrr...

Poor Customer Service

I recently had STAT blood work done in the Riverhead Offfice.It took a day and a half and several phone calls (waiting long periods on hold) just to get my results. Very poor customer service.Mary Hanlon

Communication blackout!

Attempting to reach any of the local branches with absolutely no success.Reaching a recording that says office is closed, when it is clearly during their listed office hours! Wanting to have a doctor's office be able to place an order for followup labs needed for a doc appt this week. If I have this much trouble reaching someone, how will my doctor's office be able to get through! Am not confident, at all, that I will be able to get these labs ordered in a timely manner. No one is HOME!!!

I should mention, however, that this had not been my experience prior to today. Apparently, something has changed with their answering program.

Bruises and more

On Friday, July 5, 2013 I went to Labcorp for blood work. I young woman who took my blood did not wear gloves, did not clean off the skin where she inserted the needle. Besides this, I have huge blue and black bruises on my arm. I look like a junky. This is the second time, I walked away with bruises from this lab. Also, several weeks ago, I witnessed two employees arguing with each other in front of us. What is with this place? I would not recommend them to anyone.

Just got out the lab in Lakewood ca. Their we're real busy, but the had a great team work . But they may need help in the rush hours ... Over wall great job ..

i just have to agree with allof the comments i read today. i have tried to talk with a human bing, live human being, but i gues that was in the good old days. i am being charge z fee for a specimen , which i do not owe. they say i signe some kind of form, which made my insurance company not pay. i did not sign this so called form and i do not feel i owe this amount. i sent the letter from lab corp. back explaing again that i dod not owe this.. it just does not seem fair that you can't explain something to a real live person and get some type of answer to your problem. the world is bad enough as it is, we don't need anything extra to make it worse.

Whether calling the Customer Service Number or the direct number at a location, I was recently unable to get through to ask a question about preparing for a test. Given the money charged for tests, and that I am a steady customer, and that I was calling in mid afternoon, I consider not being able to get advice on the phone extremely poor customer service.

I never got results in asatisfactory time. This result was to determine if the patient could have her surgery the next day. Poor , poor service.I would not recommend this lab to anyone!

What customer service?

I called "customer service" to get an answer to a question about the fasting time for a particular test. The "run-around" I had to go through just to get in the waiting line to talk to someone was pathetic. The first question was what is my eight digit billing number. Obviously the only reason "THEY" think anyone calls is about a billing problem! Get a grip. There's more to life than billing problems. How about helping us stay alive!

By the way, our local Frederick, Maryland Labcorp people are AWESOME at taking blood (almost) without you knowing it!

If only customer service was that good...
